Since 1955 we have been producing natural air-dried meat specialties of the highest quality in Segnas in the most natural way possible. Particular attention is paid to enjoyment and digestibility: we give our specialties time to mature and use neither flavor enhancers nor lactose or gluten in their production.

Our products

Bündnerfleisch

In the canton of Grisons, in the alpine climate of Segnas at 1300 m above sea level, this Grisons speciality, with the protected designation "Bündnerfleisch GGA (Protected Geographical Indication)", is produced according to an old recipe.

Leg ham, raw ham, raw bacon, various dried sausages such as Salsiz and Andutgel and many other dried meat specialties.

We sell our specialties directly in our small store in Segnas or send them all over Switzerland to private customers, hotels, restaurants, stores and butcheries.
