Since 2011, we have been refining the best meat in the city of Zurich into selected products. Starting with the Stadtjaeger, the sausage of the city. Made from 100% organic meat from the city of Zurich, the Stadtjaeger is the most local sausage in town.

Sausage is more than meat in a casing. Sausage is a format. And to produce this format in a contemporary way, we invest in the development of new ideas and unusual approaches to meet the challenges of the future. That is why we are running the "Future Sausage Lab". One of the first results is the ICE ZWICKERLI. Produced completely without additives, it prevents foodwaste and is even more juicy than a conventional grilled sausage by over 30%. Launched in June 2019 on eis2grill.ch.
