Our farm

The heart of Metzgerei Spiess is the store. We attach great importance to a well-kept interior as well as friendliness and competence of our employees. Enjoyment starts with the purchase.

In addition to a wide range of fresh meat and a self-produced charcuterie assortment, you will find: a traiteur department with daily freshly prepared delicacies, a fish department with a rich selection of fresh fish, a wine, cheese and bread corner with Grisons specialties as well as a self-service department with exquisite delicacies such as homemade sauces and pasta, special oils, exquisite teas and many other specialties that you will not find in the supermarket.

We supply restaurants, hotels and mountain houses all over the Central Grisons. On request, we are happy to offer you a party service, especially for erections or barbecues.
