Most of the meat we process comes from small and medium-sized farms in our region with natural, animal-friendly and sustainable meat production. Exclusively you receive with us e.g. "Weinfelder pasture beef" from the family Strupler. "Weinfelder Weide-Beef" stands for high quality Limousin beef from suckler cow husbandry. The calves stay with their mothers and can go out to pasture in the summer and to the outdoors in the winter. Feeding consists mainly of mother's milk. In addition, they eat grass, hay and corn, all from our own farm. This sustainable meat production of our regional producers with correspondingly close transport routes also has a strong effect on the quality and taste of the veal and pork. Try it for yourself!
