Aware of the importance of food and its impact on the environment, we looked for an alternative way to better serve our customers on our farm, where we sold the BioSuisse-certified meat from our cattle. We were also aware of the importance of the environment, and of the importance of food and its impact on the environment.

The "crowdbutchering" concept corresponded in every way to our way of working on the farm, with significant added value for our customers:

• The internet sales platform www.biocow.ch makes buying fast, easy and relaxed, wherever you are!
• Meat is available all year round from our various suppliers, all of whom are BioSuisse-certified (beef, poultry, lamb, etc.).
• We deliver directly to your door, anywhere in Switzerland!
• BioCow guarantees an impeccable cold chain with our refrigerated delivery partner Murpf Transport. And for customers who can't be delivered by courier, we work with refrigeration units and the post office.

Our conviction is that everyone, at their own level, at their own pace and with respect, can contribute in their own way to a better world.
