About Us

We realized our dream of own butcher shop on January 1, 2016.

Our philosophy is to produce and sell homemade products, such as salami, sausages, Landjäger, etc. with meat from the region.

With pleasure we cooperate with various farmers from the region who support our ideas.

On Saturdays we are at the Genussmarkt in Liestal from 08:00 - 13:00 for you.

With kind regards Beat and Patrizia Stoller
