In the third generation, Fritz Gempeler with his wife Gabi and their long-time employees, Hans Neuenschwander (sales), Martin Gempeler (production), Silvia Reichen and Karin Künzi (sales & production) run the well-known meat and specialty store in Adelboden. Tradition and innovation, proven and new, fresh and good. Home-made products such as our dried meat, raw ham, coppa, veal cheese, veal cold cuts are very popular with our clientele. The sausage assortment is constantly supplemented by new products such as the W9 extra sausage or the BBBW (BärgBierBratWurst) according to the motto: refreshingly different....be sure to try it out. A small but fine selection of wines from near and far is also available in our specialty store. A highlight is certainly the large rum assortment with almost a hundred different rum varieties. A must for connoisseurs and those who are still to become..... A souvenir for those who stayed at home? We will be happy to put together a gift for any budget.
